Zip-Chem's insight into product
formulations comes from a complete understanding of the business of flying. We
work directly with major aircraft manufacturers to formulate chemical products
that are critical to their business. Because of our staff chemists' work within
the industry, we have an extensive knowledge of how our products must perform in
the shop and on the aircraft.
Zip-Chem materials undergo
extensive pre-market testing in our labs. In addition, we submit our products
for review and approval by appropriate manufacturers or government
agencies-prior to marketing. Consequently, we offer more than 200 military, FAA
and major airframe manufacturers' specification and spec classes of material.
Every Zip-Chem aviation product carries an aircraft specification. And, once the
specification is awarded, every element of the formulating process undergoes a
stringent quality review program to ensure that each batch is made to
spec.
Also, Zip-Chem field staff meet
regularly with maintenance leaders to assess the effectiveness of products in
service. We keep the most effective product on the market, or we reformulate or
rethink an application.
